We've spoken in the past about the thrill of simple pleasures - that glass of chilled wine in the sun, good coffee, riding a bike, someone else cooking tea, running a bath, sitting down as a family to eat (one day we WILL crack the kids table manners), watching TV snuggled under a blanket, cup of tea in bed, your new 'Country living' esque garden (did your plants survive lockdown?)......somehow things we didn't really appreciate before. Look...it's still fine to be navigating our way through the shit - mood swings are REAL, cleaning the house SUCKS, we are nowhere nearer sorting through chaos that is imposed on us daily, and still no new SKILL achieved during the last year. BUT look to these things below to hopefully put back a spring in ya footwork....and someone else's.

From smiles to KINDNESS...

We are massive fans of Dr David Hamilton 'the kindness expert' but also a quite frankly blummin clever scientist who delves into the side effect of kindness and how this positively impacts the brain and body, how power poses can make all the difference to your self-esteem and tips for working through anxiety. Having attended a few of his seminars and dipped into a few of his books, he's such a feel good guy with such enthusiasm for what he does, it's hard not to smile and feel good (his strong Scottish accent and good looks are just an added bonus). www.drdavidhamilton.com @DrDRHamilton
